We Undertake the followings – Scope of Work Within Oil and Gas Projects – Fabrication and Erection of Vessels.

1. Engineering & Design Review
– Review and verification of IFC (Issued for Construction) drawings
– Compliance check with project specifications and applicable codes (e.g., ASME Section VIII, API 650, 620)
– Preparation of fabrication shop drawings and bill of materials
– Coordination with client and third-party inspection agencies for approvals

2. Material Procurement & Inspection
– Procurement of raw materials (plates, forgings, nozzles, flanges, fittings) per approved MTO
– Verification of Mill Test Certificates (MTCs)
– Positive Material Identification (PMI) as required
– Incoming material inspection (visual, dimensional, and NDT)
– Material traceability and documentation management

3. Fabrication Activities
– Plate cutting, rolling, forming (shells, heads, cones)
– Fit-up and tack welding as per approved procedures
– Welding of shell courses, heads, and nozzles (in accordance with approved WPS/PQR/WQT)
– Heat treatment (PWHT) if required by design/spec
– Surface preparation (blasting, grinding, edge prepping)
– Installation of internals (baffles, trays, demister pads, etc.)
– Attachments welding (lugs, support rings, saddles, lifting lugs)

4. Inspection & Testing
– Visual inspection and dimensional checks during each stage
– Non-Destructive Testing (RT, UT, MT, PT) as per ITP
– Hydrostatic or pneumatic pressure testing as per code
– Leak testing (helium leak test if required)
– Hardness testing and ferrite content checks (if applicable)
– Witnessing and inspection by client/third-party agencies

5. Surface Protection & Finishing
– Surface cleaning and blasting to required SA standard
– Application of primer, intermediate and final paint coats per project spec
– Holiday testing for lining/coating (if applicable)
– Insulation supports and cladding prep if required

6. Pre-Erection Activities
– Development of lifting and rigging plan
