We Undertake the followings – Scope of Work Within Food and Pharma – Fabrication and Erection of Vessels.

1. Design & Engineering
– Preparation of general arrangement (GA) drawings and fabrication drawings
– Selection of suitable materials (e.g., SS316L, SS304, Hastelloy)
– Mechanical design calculations as per ASME, IS, or customer standards
– Integration of hygienic design principles (CIP/SIP compatibility, no dead legs, smooth finishes)

2. Material Procurement
– Procurement of approved-grade stainless steel plates, pipes, fittings, and nozzles
– Sourcing of standard components: manways, sight glasses, agitators, spray balls, etc.
– Procurement of certified welding consumables
– Ensuring material traceability with MTCs (Material Test Certificates)

3. Fabrication Activities
– Cutting, rolling, and forming of plates and shells
– Welding of shell sections, dish ends, nozzles, and internal accessories
– Surface finishing – internal (mirror finish Ra < 0.6 µm), external (matte/satin finish)
– Installation of agitators, baffles, coils, jackets, etc. (if required)
– Quality inspection during fabrication – visual, dimensional, NDT (RT, PT, etc.)

4. Testing & Quality Assurance
– Hydrostatic and pneumatic pressure testing
– Surface finish testing (Ra value measurement)
– Weld quality testing (Dye Penetrant, Radiography, etc.)
– Documentation: WPS, PQR, welder qualifications, inspection reports
– Third-party inspection (TPI), if applicable

5. Cleaning & Passivation
– Degreasing and pickling of internal surfaces
– Passivation of stainless steel to enhance corrosion resistance
– Final rinse with purified or deionized water

6. Erection at Site
– Transportation of vessels to site with proper protection
– Site preparation and civil foundation interface
– Lifting and positioning of vessels using cranes
– Alignment, leveling, and anchoring
– Welding/bolting of nozzles and accessories to connected systems

7. Commissioning Support
– Assistance during CIP/SIP validation
– Trial runs and leak checks after installation
– As-built documentation and final dossier submission
– Operator training and handover
