We Undertake the followings – Scope of Work Within Curtains And Upholstery for customized for Residential, Hospitality And Commercial Fit-outs.

1. Design Consultation & Material Selection
– Site visits for assessment and measurement
– Coordination with interior designers/architects for theme and aesthetics
– Selection of fabrics (e.g., blackout, sheers, velvets, fire-retardant materials)
– Selection of colors, textures, patterns, and trims
– Choice of curtain styles (pleated, eyelet, ripple fold, roman, etc.)
– Selection of upholstery materials for sofas, chairs, panels, and headboards

2. Estimation & Procurement
– Preparation of BOQ (Bill of Quantities) based on site measurements
– Procurement of approved fabrics, lining materials, foam, batting, etc.
– Purchase of accessories: rods, tracks, tiebacks, hooks, finials, brackets
– Fire retardancy and safety certifications, if required (especially for commercial spaces)

3. Fabrication & Tailoring
– Cutting and stitching of curtain panels and sheers as per approved design
– Upholstery stitching for furniture, walls, and panels
– Fixing of linings, pleats, hemming, and interlining for insulation or blackout effects
– Custom fabrication of pelmets, valances, and cushions

4. Installation Works
– Installation of curtain tracks, rods, and motorized systems (if applicable)
– Hanging and alignment of curtains and sheers
– Installation of upholstery on-site (fixed panels, headboards, acoustic panels)
– Fitting of cushions, slipcovers, and decorative accessories
– Coordination with other trades (electrical, HVAC) for seamless installation

5. Automation & Smart Integration – if requested and where applicable.
– Installation and programming of motorized curtain systems
– Integration with smart home systems (e.g., Alexa, KNX, Lutron)
– Testing and commissioning of remote-controlled or app-controlled systems

6. Quality Checks & Finishing
– Final adjustments, alignment, and wrinkle removal
– Quality checks on stitching, hanging height, and fit
– Touch-ups, steaming, and cleaning before handover
– Inspection for safety, especially in hotels and public buildings

7. Handover & Documentation
– Final walk through with client or interior designer
– Care instructions for fabric and upholstery
– Warranty handover (if applicable)
– Submission of as-built drawings and material details (optional for large projects)
